Die rasende Digitalisierung und der damit beschleunigte Wandel in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft fordern einiges von uns. Nicht zuletzt auch von unseren Kindern und Jugendlichen.<\/span><\/p>\n Als Vater von 3 kleinen Kindern bin ich selbst mit vielen dieser Herausforderungen direkt konfrontiert. Dabei ist es mir ausserordentlich wichtig, Defizite m\u00f6glichst fr\u00fch zu erkennen und pr\u00e4ventiv zu handeln. <\/span><\/p>\n An die Schule Pf\u00e4ffikon habe ich die Erwartung, dass die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler maximal gef\u00f6rdert und unterst\u00fctzt werden. Ohne die respektvolle und professionelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lehrkr\u00e4ften und Schulpflege ist dies aber nicht m\u00f6glich. Gerade in der \u00f6ffentlichen Wahrnehmung kommt leider die Wertsch\u00e4tzung der Lehrerschaft meiner Meinung nach oft zu kurz. In der Schulpflege werde ich mich f\u00fcr Aufrichtigkeit und Ehrlichkeit sowie Transparenz engagieren und stets ein offenes Ohr f\u00fcr die Anliegen und Probleme von Lehrerschaft, Eltern und Beh\u00f6rden haben.
